Vỏ tủ chống cháy nổ inox Eaton Ex-CELL
Ex-CELL là giải pháp vỏ tủ và đấu nối được chứng nhận toàn cầu, phù hợp cho các ứng dụng Type 3S và Type 4X.
Dòng vỏ tủ Ex-CELL của Crouse-Hinds được sản xuất để đáp ứng những yêu cầu khắt khe nhất trong môi trường công nghiệp và khu vực nguy hiểm.
Họ vỏ tủ Ex-CELL cung cấp dải kích thước lớn nhất với nhiều tùy chọn linh hoạt. Có hơn 100 kích thước tiêu chuẩn được sản xuất bằng thép không gỉ và thép sơn phủ, nổi bật với thiết kế tối ưu, gia công chính xác và vật liệu chất lượng cao nhất.
Ex-CELL là lựa chọn hàng đầu cho các ứng dụng đo lường và điện công nghiệp trên toàn thế giới.
Vỏ tủ Ex-CELL cũng có thể được lắp ráp sẵn thành các hộp đấu dây theo cấu hình tùy chỉnh và được chứng nhận đầy đủ.
Các tùy chọn bao gồm: lỗ vào cáp theo yêu cầu, đầu cáp (cable gland), nút bịt tích hợp sẵn terminal (Ex-e và Ex-i) cùng các thiết bị khác.

* Khi các terminal hoặc thiết bị được phê duyệt Class I, Division 2 được lắp đặt bên trong vỏ tủ theo yêu cầu của NEC/CEC. Các vỏ tủ này KHÔNG phải loại chống nổ và KHÔNG có khả năng chứa vụ nổ. KHÔNG ĐƯỢC PHÉP lắp đặt các thiết bị phát sinh tia lửa hoặc hồ quang nếu không đạt cấp Class I, Division 2 hoặc cao hơn.

Gioăng làm kín: silicone đúc liền nắp (tiêu chuẩn); silicone cắt rời (tùy chọn)
Cơ cấu khóa xoay 1/4 vòng cố định – thép không gỉ

Gá lắp vỏ tủ: bốn tai hàn ngoài bằng thép không gỉ dày 3 mm, lỗ/khe Ø11 mm
